Escrow & Portal CFXHow do I purchase and receive my assets?
All payments go through Tebex, who is the official FiveM partner when it comes to buying assets. After your purchase, your files are immediately available to download via your Portal CFX account under the “Granted Assets” section.
Sign in to Portal CFX at portal.cfx.re with your Cfx account.
You must be the owner of the server license in Portal CFX to run the resource on your server.
If you purchase with your personal account, you can transfer the asset to your server developer. Transfer will remove this license from your account and move it permanently to another Cfx.re account. This action is irreversible and can be done only once for each license.

Our resources are fully associated with CFX and Tebex Store, therefore we use their protections and licenses. CFX ESCROW - The asset Escrow system, developed in collaboration with Tebex, provides a reasonable alternative to obfuscation and IP blocking. By guaranteeing ownership of the purchase, your content will only run on your clients' servers, nowhere else.
Escrow & Portal CFXHow do I install purchased ped packages on my FiveM server?
Installing your purchased package is fast and straightforward:
- Step 01Open Portal CFX
Go to your Portal CFX site: https://portal.cfx.re/
- Step 02Navigate to “Granted Assets”
Locate the package you purchased under your Cfx account.
- Step 03Download the Asset
Download the latest zip archive of the resource.
- Step 04Place into Resources Folder
Extract the downloaded files into your server's
resourcesdirectory. - Step 05Start in server.cfg
Add the resource startup entry in your
server.cfgand restart:ensure [name_of_ped_resource]
Escrow & Portal CFXHow do I update an asset when a new version is released?
To receive and install updates for your character peds:
- 01Open Portal CFX
Go to Portal CFX at https://portal.cfx.re/
- 02Check “Granted Assets”
When an asset has an update, it will display a green NEW badge.
- 03Download & Replace
Download the updated version and replace the older folder inside your server's resources directory.
Customization & ClothesCan I change textures to my taste?
Yes, we allow you to change textures to your taste freely:
Texture files (.ytd) are completely unlocked. You can use OpenIV or Photoshop/Paint.net to customize logos, colors, patches, and tattoos.
The 3D polygonal model mesh (.ydd) is locked under Escrow protection to ensure authenticity and license security.
Customization & ClothesCan I add clothes to a ped that I bought through Tebex?
Yes, but you need to buy an Open Source ped to edit the 3D mesh in 3D modeling software (such as Blender or 3ds Max).
If you already bought an Escrow ped, we recommend opening a ticket on Discord; our 3D team will add and rig the clothes for you!

We add new content every month, and we will listen to community suggestions and ideas on Discord.
SubscriptionsWhat is the difference between Standalone & Subscriptions?
Here is how Standalone purchases compare with our All Access Membership:
You can purchase any of our projects with a single payment and enjoy lifetime access to that project, but you will not receive monthly updates or access to other projects.
With a single monthly subscription, you receive access to all our character projects, and you will receive all new monthly updates during your active subscription period.
SubscriptionsHow does subscription renewal work?
Subscription will renew after 30 days. It does not mean it will renew on the first of the month, but will renew every 30 days from your subscription date.
If your subscription is not renewed, you will lose access to the resources and you won't be able to use it anymore.
SubscriptionsCan I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through Tebex. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you'll continue to have access to your subscription assets until the end of your current paid billing period. Once your subscription expires, access to those assets will be revoked from your Portal CFX account.
